[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart has mis placed my shipment and cancelled the shipment without my consent

I have been a regular client of flipkart. The current order has been a nightmare. I have placed an order OD[protected] on 6th Jun. It was shipped and reached mumbai on 8th Jun. Since then, it is not moving. I have called their customer care multiple times. Every time they gave me a commitment that the shipment would be delivered at said time and they will call me. But this was never delivered. Few minutes back (11-Jun 8pm) when i called the customer care, they without my consent cancelled the shipment. Complaint numbers:[protected] and[protected] I think they have lost my shipment and blaming me that i have cancelled the shipment I am not sure, how companies like Flipkart gets the right to harass the consumers. Is there any thing which can be done?

Hi Flipkart Customer Care,

Please do not give any false statement. Yes, i received a call from you. But what does it mean that you have resolved the issue?
Your website says that the remittance was successful and this is the status 2-3 days back. I haven't received my money back, till date.

Also, returning my own money is not a resolution. You have kept my money for 7 days, my order was cancelled without my consent, i had a harrowing time on at least 10 calls with your customer care, i have suffered in my work due to delay in delivery at your end, twice i had to cancel my work and be at home to receive the delivery. Have you compensated all these??
