I sell genuine computer products on flipkart.com since last 1 year. On 26/5/2016 i have received following email from flipkart. Dear seller, Greetings from flipkart marketplace! We regret to inform you that your account has been made pending due to fake product for the following lid - lstacce2srhvqxssvfckr2k8x. We request you to share the purchase invoice for the above mentioned lid at [protected]@flipkart.com. Your patience and understanding is appreciated in this regards. Please write back to us should you have any other questions or need further assistance. Best regards Seller support team Flipkart marketplace Copyright (C) 2015 flipkart internet private limited. All rights in the content herein are owned by the copyright owner. I have submitted original invoice for the product target 3 meter usb extenstion cable from authorized distributor sagar infocom, that means it is very clear that i am selling only genuine product on flipkart. After i sending the my purchase invoice from authorized distibutor to flipkart on [protected]@flipkart.com they have replied me following response Dear seller, Greetings from flipkart marketplace! We have resolved your request that was raised regarding “audit failed”. Your account will not be activated, as during the audit, we have found that your details and audited products do not meet the adequate quality standards of flipkart. The incident number for your reference is “[protected]”. In case you need to reach us in the future, please write to us by clicking “contact seller support” on seller portal or call us on[protected]. Thanks, Seller support" Now, they are not ready to reactivate my flipkart seller account. I have also taken loans to sell product on online on flipkart. I face same issue. Not a good for a seller. #donotsellonflipkart
I am facing the same issue with my seller account. I have also submitted genuine invoice and flipkart listing department also approved the invoice but my account still not activated.

Ditto! Same with us. We only seller genuine products typically sourced through authorized channels and one product saw 4 fraudulent returns and after escalating to Flipkart about these frauds, they neither reimbursed our cost due to these fraudulent returns nor we are aware of any action taken against these fraudulent buyers (they want 5 fraudulent orders from the same buyer, seriously!). And instead they asked for invoice of the product which we duly furnished of the authorized distributor for a product which comes with 10 years Brand Warranty which anyone can validate. They kept asking for invoices of all other products they randomly blocked suspecting them to be fake (for no apparent reason like this one) and now when we don't have all the invoices handy during the lockdown, they have suspended our account suggesting that our invoice has failed validation. When asked WHY, no response and instead they deleted the case itself from the system (atleast not visible to us anymore!)

My firm name is Pratham Traders and seller display name is - Ready2Ship My account is on hold for the product of schwarzkopf brand. I am selling genuine products and also having invoice from direct authorised dealer of schwarzkopf. Firm name- Satyam shivam sundaram, they purchasing same from prefect brands, importer of schwarzkopf. So all are genuine. Still my account is not activating. Help me.
