[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart haven't done replacement, now time is over. | |||||
I have ordered vu 43 inch full hd led tv from flipkart and, and due to bad courier service it's not delivered and i have to pick up it from courier office, after 3 days when installation and demo was delayed, i opened the tv box and i hot screen was broken, so i called the flipkart and ask them from replacement, they says we will contact you back in few days fro replacement, and they don't call me or i haven't received any email, i have called them more then 5-6 times each time they saying same, and now it's 2 months of tv and still my tv was not get replaced, now they says the replacement period is over, what should i do now, i am from very middle class family the amount of tv screen pannel was almost 80% of tv price, i haven't used tv as it's broken. Verified Support Dec 30, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint for screen damage. We interacted with the customer and informed him that the product was delivered in the month of October and he contacted us after 2 month so we informed customer that seller replacement policy is already crossed so kindly get in touch with the brand for further assistance. Closing the complaint from our end.
