Dear Sir / Madam,
I have purchased something from Flipkart online shopping. For that the payment mode is I have selected Flipkart Pay Later Option.
Purchase Date: January 2023.
Due Date: 5th February 2018
Amount: Rs. 374 only
After receiving the statement to mail id, still I'm trying to pay the amount but I can't able to login in that account. Due to I have lost the registered mobile number .
I'm ready to pay the amount, but they are not given proper guidance to me.
If they are giving any other option such as like any account number and IFSC code means. Im ready to pay the amount deposit in that particular Flipkart account.
But now 60 days overdue for that statement, for that Flipkart are going to take legal action to write the notice to my address. I'm not expecting this type of approach and customer dissatisfaction from Flipkart. So pls I need guidance to resolve the issue immediately.
Pls support.
Note:
I'm ready to pay the amount.
My concern only I can't able to login that particular account which account I have used for online shopping.
