[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart initiated my product as refund without my approval and not ready to give replacement for the discounted amount which I ordered initially. | |||||
I placed an order on 16th Oct on the big billion day for Nikon D3200 camera for Rs 19990. The status was showing could not be delivered to the address due to shipment damage. Later after 10 days I got a call from flipkart stating I need to cancel the order and re-order for the normal price. I did not accept and stated I need the product back instead of refund and they were not ready to accept. I called customer care and spoke with 5 different executives and heard different stories of their policy. Few disconnected the call stating they are unable to hear my voice. All that was a drama from Flipkart people. Now I got a message stating refund has been initiated for which I did not accept or did not give them approval. They kept my money in their account for 13 days and I even got the credit card statement for the amount debited from my account. Flipkart people are smart doing their fault business and earning money with a new concept of billion day sale. I will not accept or tolerate these kind of excuses and ready to esclate this issue to the judicial court of Law. Was this information helpful? | |||||
