I have bought a Onida LEO32HAIN 80 cm (32) LED TV with Order ID : OD[protected] through mobile and offer was there to provide free installation and demo, product received on 17th Nov, after delivery on 17 Nov, Courier partner updated delivery on 19th and flipkart was scheduled demo on 24th Nov, but it was not done after so many complaints flipkart again scheduled demo on 29th Nov and same was also not done. also they updated status are " your demo and installation done hope your enjoying your product", but still demo and installation not done by flipkart I have tried to reach out to flipkart over phone and mails many times and pretty disappointed the way hey responded, after raising many complaints they called and says your demo done by this this date. they are save one template for all customers i.e ''We apologies for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till this this date to get back to you. Thanks, Flipkart...'' Kindly look into this issue and take action against Flipkart Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Dec 01, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, informed that issue escalated to stack holder. request for 24 - 48 hours time for sort out issue. Customer agreed.
