[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart is asking for PAN CARD and Aadhaar card details for account verification in order to process my refund

Hi,
I recently purchased two pairs of Dekor world 7 ft curtains and they have send only one pair of curtain . Now I want the refund of the amount for the curtain which I have not received .
Flipkart is asking me to share either my PAN Card and Aadhaar card details to verify my account and this policy is not present in the refund policy page of Flipkart .
I called Customer care executive and they are not able to answer the reason for the requirement and there was another executive Rahul who told me that we need these details to tell the seller that the customer is telling right
