Flipkart — Flipkart is cancelling my return request even though my product is still under return policy.

On 6th August 2023 I raised a return request for the product "NAVIFORCE 9197 Fashion Sport Quartz Analog Digital LED Military Waterproof Wrist Analog-Digital Watch - For Men",
with Product ID-OD[protected].

The return request was raised on the same day as the product was delivered, and Flipkart offers a return for every product for a period of 7 days, and I raised the return on the very same day this product was delivered, but still Flipkart is cancelling my return. As of now, I have raised a complaint more than 10 times for the same product for the same reason, which is Flipkart is cancelling my return request.

I wish to return this product because the watch I received is too big and I cannot wear it. Every time I raise a complaint, Flipkart gives a resolution date which is 4 days later than the date the complaint is raised. However, soon after 24 hours, Flipkart cancells my complaint without calling me or giving me any resolution at all.

I want this product to be picked up immediately by Flipkart, or else I will raise a complaint at the consumer court as well because as I mentioned earlier, this product is still under the return policy and Flipkart will have to take responsibility for it.

Yesterday on the 14th of August 2023, at 06:00 pm I received a call from the Flipkart team and they told me all the processes to unblock my blocked account and raise a return request will be completed in the next 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it's been 24 hours now and I am neither able to access my account nor a return has been raised yet.

I request you kindly take the necessary action immediately and help me with a proper solution, as Flipkart is doing nothing to resolve this issue.

Hi Team, Flipkart is doing nothing to resolve this issue, they are simply giving me a new timeline and asking me to wait more and more and still when I raise a complaint, Flipkart is closing it immediately without giving any resolution at all and sends me a link to share my feedback. Kindly check the images I shared. If this keeps on going like this, I will raise a complaint at the Consumer Court.

Dear Team, I submitted this complaint on the 13th of August 2023 on your website, it's been so many days and no one from Flipkart has contacted me until now. Kindly do something or else I will have to move to the Consumer Court.
