[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart is cheating by giving defective electronic items | |||||
I have bought a phone in flipkart which had 10 days of warranty. I submitted a complain on 6th day because i was facing os problem. They said they will send person to repair the phone but they did not send for 4 days even i was kept on calling them. They were just waiting for 10 days to get over. Finally person came to repair and said it's os problem it cannot be resolved to contact flipkart customer care. When i called back flipkart they are telling 10 days warranty is over!! I complained on 6th day, if they wait for 10 days is it my problemp? I have paid my money and got defective mobile with no resolution to my complaint Flipkart is cheating people. Also their customer care executives are so unprofessional and unable to answer the queries. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Sep 11, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on September 11, 2018. Customer requested delivery after September 18, 2018 so informed this will be arranged by courier service provider and requested to inform the courier partner once delivery is attempted. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
