[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart is going on delaying my refund | |
I had ordered a klaur melbourne black heels which due to some defect i returned on sunday 20th january.. immediately within 2 hrs i received a message saying refund unsuccessful. On calling flipkart customer service they have been giving me different time lines saying 24hrs 48 hrs but my problem has not been resolved till now and they are showing no interest in returning my money... 1st they asked me to wait for 2 hours.. then they said wait till 22nd jan 3.30 pm.. then they said wait till 23rd jan 3.30 pm.. and so on ...
