[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart is harassing & denying me for refund my amount for damaged product | |||
1. I have ordered one television set from flipkart against order id no.[protected] on dt.[protected] 2. I got damaged television set on dt. 06-10-19 when i placed return request they have accepted as replacement of television. 3. Till date on 02-11-19 i didn't get replacement. 4. Because of diwali festival & i need new television set as early as possible i bought new television set. 5. Now when i ask flipkart to collect the damaged product & refund my amount they harassing me & denied for refund. 6. I continuously convincing flipkart that i have already bought new television set because of so much delay by flipkart. They are just denying for refund my amount & forcing me to take delivery of the product which they have not forwarded till date (More than 1 month completed). Kindly help me. I am also attaching damaged product pictures which has been taken by flipkart technician. Was this information helpful? | |||
