[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart is ignoring my return request and continuously harassing me

I have ordered a T-shirt from flipkart on 25th March 2019 whose price was 385Rs. I recieved it on around 27th March. In first impression I have seen that it was somewhat different from the image which was shown on site. I made a return request by stating "Different product recieved" . But I was shocked when I have seen that they need 72hrs to clarify the request. I wore the shirt then and felt that it was small too plus it was made up of cheap quality material which is available on street on 50-100rs and also have seen that there is not that bigger difference between the product and the display image. I immediately called flipkart and cancelled the current return request and placed the request again by stating "small size recieved". This time also the case was same. I have seen that they need 72hrs to clarify the request! I was really shocked this time. I again called flipkart and cancelled the return request for the last time. And again placed the request by stating " No more wanted ". But still the issue remained same. This time I called to customer care and asked for the resolution for this problem. That guy asked me to wait till 27th of March. I patiently waited till 27th of March. But didn't recieved a single call or email from flipkart. The request was on that same condition. This time when I called and charged them for not approving my return the guy was clueless as he himself didn't know anything!! At 31st I cancelled the return request again and placed again. But till today the request remains in the same state. The T-shirt is under 30 days refund and replacement policy. Then why you guys are harassing me like this???? My registered number is [protected].
