I ordered a LG TV 55 inch ( order ID OD[protected] on 8 October and promised delivery date was 11 October. Today is 19 October, But it is not still shipped by the seller. Rather I had payed the complete amount in advance through UPI.
Several times I have contacted customer care, but haven't got any solution, they just say we can't do anything and keep extending deadline. On my first call they gave me deadline of 12 October, then in the next call deadline was 14, then 19, 20 and now they are saying that your problem will be resolved by 21 October. This is the first time when I had such a bad experience with flipkart. Don't try to fool your customer and do the needful.
Else I will let flipkart know very well that how to respect consumer's rights. Was this information helpful? |
