I have recently purchased a dining table seeing the "Quality verified" tag by flipkart. I placed the order on 26th Aug 2022, i received the product on 8th Aug 2022. I unpacked the product the next day and found that the quality of the product is bad, really bad!!! There were cracks at multiple places on the chairs and on the table and there were holes in the table which was filled by wood scrap, if you just sit on the chair it shakes. I don't understand the significance of "Quality varified" tag here, maybe Flipkart is trying to make fool of customers, if you just sit on the chair you would know the quality is so poor, guess flipkart after all didn't check the quality and fooling people with the tag.
I immediately placed the replacement request and the technician visited on 10th Aug and he packed the table and told "you would be getting someone to pick up the product today or tomorrow", it's 14th of Aug no one visited to pick up neither there is any update from flipkart. The customer support is NOT AT ALL HELPFUL. The expected pick up date on the app is 11th Aug.
