Flipkart — Flipkart is not refund my amount

My Oorder Flipkart is defy airports and when I open the box both in damage condition and the main part is airpodess are missing from the box I tried to complain and contact Flipkart customer support but they are not responding and their not giving call back and they are not refunding my balance and automatically they cancelled my request
