Flipkart — Flipkart is not refunding

I ordered two sarees from Flipkart but when I received the product, I found that the quality isn't satisfactory. I filed a complaint to Flipkart and requested for return and they even agreed. They promised to pick up the product from my doorstep and they asked me to mail the other one to them to their warehouse address and so I did. But it has has been more than 30 days they have neither picked up the product nor received my courier. I have literally called them every day and they kept on saying the same thing that they will pick up the product, This is really embarrassing and annoying. Where is the consumer security? Is that the kind of deal they provide?
