[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart is not refunding money after cancellation

I am filing a complaint against Flipkart for their failure to provide a refund for my cancelled order. On[protected], I placed an order for Taiyo Pluss Discovery Xtream Growth Fish Food on Flipkart's website, but I had to cancel the order on[protected] because they failed to deliver the item on the delivery date. I have contacted their customer support team multiple times, but I have received no clear timeline for when I can expect to receive my refund. Furthermore, the representatives I spoke to provided me with contradictory and unsatisfactory responses.
As a result, I am filing this complaint with the National Consumer Forum, as I believe that Flipkart's actions are a violation of my consumer rights. I expect to receive a full refund for my cancelled order as soon as possible. I have attached all relevant documentation, including my order details, cancellation confirmation, and communication with Flipkart's customer support team.
