1. Purchased flipkart branded perfect homes solid wood bed on 5th June 2021. and got installed on 9thJune2021.
2. Headboard started bending and cracked within 6 months and became unusable, eventually sent email to flipkart with photos on 5th Dec2021.
Raised the complaint on flipkart and Technician visited my house and said that he could not take the return request. asked to place the replacement request in flipkart and closed the complaint.
3. Flipkart refused to accept my return or replacement request. They said, it was damaged by customer. We didnt damage anything. It got cracked and started bending in a few months o[censored]sage. It has one year domestic warranty.
I have availed the extended warranty also. We have never seen this worst bed like this. I am a student and not earning also. How can I afford on this.
