[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart / Jeeves rejected my product replacement request | |
I purchased an Oppo Reno 5 Pro phone from flipkart. It has an overnight battery drain issue (10 - 15% drain every night). I didn’t immediately escalate this because I thought it might settle down. But, the issue persisted and I decided to contact flipkart support for assistance. They told me that the device would be replaced. They arranged for a technician visit. The Jeeves technician visited my home and told me that the battery is totally fine. I explained to him that the battery drain is noticed when the phone is left idle for a while. He just denied it and told me to contact flipkart for further details. The replacement was immediately cancelled. I contacted Flipkart and they’re refusing to offer a refund. This is totally not fair because the phone already came with a defective battery and flipkart is denying my claim. I have lost my trust in flipkart and I will be very careful before making my next purchase. Is this how you treat a loyal customer? Was this information helpful? | |
