[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart lying and playing with customers

I ordered asus zenfone max pro m1 with exchange offer. The pickup guy came and took photo of my mobile and sent to someone. Then immediately said, he is not going to take the exchange mobile and denied to process the order. I asked him what is the problem as there is no problem with the mobile. But, the guy kept on saying i know there is the know problem with the mobile but as manager told me not to take, i wont take. (He even said, he would buy the mobile offline if i would like to sell him, but not as part of the order as his manager said so) when i told him that i will escalate, he said i can do whatever i want but he is not going to process the order.

And now, i have placed multiple complaints on this. The agent who came did not take the mobile (Which is absolutely in great condition) saying his manager told him not to take the mobile. And when i raised the complaint, one person called and said they updated it as we (Customer) rejected the order. And now the status is updated, exchange product is not working. Is this some kind of rowdies behaviour playing with customers? How can they update whatever they want? During this, my money is blocked in for 15 days. I cannot buy a mobile any where else due to this. This is absolutely ridiculous and insulting customer. I want an explanation about this in written. You cannot take customer for granted and play around.
