I had ordered Samsung F12 4GBRAM smartphone priced at ₹9699 with exchange offer of Rs2350 for Mi 5A on 16th Jan 2022.
Flipkart executive came on 23rd Jan 2022 and checked Mi 5A which was to be exchanged but it had slight cut at SIM slot so he took photo and told that I will check with my colleague on this and will get back to you tomorrow. Later, in midnight I got Message from Flipkart that "Failed Delivery cannot be delivered as pickup failed" but as per Flipkart exchange faqs if customer wants to still carry on delivery in case of exchange rejection he can hand over exchange amount in cash and take the delivery.
I was ready to pay exchange amount and take delivery but I was not asked anything and Flipkart cancelled order without any confirmation from me.
Now on 27Jan 2022 order is showing cancelled with refund in progress.
After raising issue with Flipkart customer care they are saying we cannot do anything as order is already cancelled, you need to rebook order. But now price of same model is showing ₹11499 whereas when I had booked on 16 Jan 2002 it was ₹9699.
I had waited 11 days and order cancelled by Flipkart and now price also increased. Please action against Flipkart for such a fake service.
