[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart - missing product & poor customer service | |||
Even though i have heard stories of similar issues, i never once thought that this would happen to me. I had ordered mivi otg adapter on 14th march, 2020, from retailnet and received the delivery on 17th march, 2020. But on opening the package, i was shocked to see that package was completely empty. That's right! I received just an empty box containing only a empty plastic cover. I immediately called flipkart's toll free number and booked my complaint. The helpline person told that the issue will be resolved by 20th, march. He assured me that a replacement will be issued soon. But to my shock, the next day i received a message saying that the replacement order has been cancelled stating that my original order was delivered intact. After receiving this message, i immediately called back the flipkart's toll free number and this time, the person told me that the complaint has been updated and told me to wait till 20th as someone will contact me. But, no one has contacted after 20th. I called flipkart toll free number and booked the complaint again on 21st march, they told me to wait till 24th and told that backend team will contact me. But as of today (24th march). No one has contacted me. I never expected flipkart's customer service was so poor. Was this information helpful? | |||
