On 6th August 2021, I have purchased 2 items worth Rs. 1804/- through Flipkart Pay later payment mode and I had cleared the due amount on 12th August 2021. In the Flipkart application, it had been displayed that there are no overdue. However, in the first week of February 2022, when I applied for a loan, my loan got rejected as my CIBIL SCORE was less because of an amount overdue of Rs.1804/-. I was in shock as I had never been facing such an issue. Unknowingly my CIBIL got affected, when I contacted Flipkart Customer Service, they said they shall resolve the issue as early as possible, and henceforth there has been no proper response. When I contacted their supporting bank, they stated that the amount was not credited to IDFC First Bank from the Vendors side i.e., Flipkart. After That, I have raised a complaint again on Flipkart and there is no proper response except for one person but yet there is no solution. Kindly acknowledge this issue. This is affecting my CIBIL Report.
