[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart Moto g60 Order getting delayed and no action taken | |
Ordered moto g60 on 3rdOct2021 around 1AM and the promised delivery date was 6Oct2021. Shipment date was 4thOct2021 which was yesterday and it has not been shipped till now. i.e 5Oct2021 9PM. Nothing has been updated on this and when i contacted customer care the poor guy told me to wait till 9thOct2021 for resolution. Promised delivery date was 6Oct2021 and resolution date. (i.e not a promised date) is 9thOct2021. Screenshot clearly shows there is some issue with flipkart and its time to move back to shops for any purchases. Was this information helpful? | |
