Sir Mai 3october ko return ki complaint file ki thi replacement ki aur aap logo ne 10 days nh hua h aur aapne mera replacement close kar diya tha aur ushke baad 7 October se mera account block kar diya h aur mujhe mere mobile Redmi k20 pro pearl white colour ka abhi tak replacement nh mila h aur mai abhi tak wait kar rahi hu sir mere mobile ka mujhe mobile box mai soap Mila tha and mobile box ki seal bhi open thi aur mera mobile box ka imei number bhi scratch h and pracel box bhi damage h and aap logo ne abhi tak mujhe mere mobile ke regarding koi update nh diya h ki box kab tak milega aur aap log mujhe roj date de rahe h call ki call nh aaya h and please mujhe replacement provide kijiyega
