Flipkart — Flipkart never cares regards it's innocent Customer. | |||||
I obviously tried to place an Order on Flipkart as Prepaid via UPI but My Order wasn't placed successfully but Money got debited from My Account and then I ensured and complained regarding this issue and Flipkart ensured that they got the payment Flipkart's Customer Care Services where they accepted that they got money but Order wasn't placed because of Technical issues promised Me that they will refund my money within 8 Days but today they again add 8 more days to get Refund. Order ID:- OD[protected] We are sorry for the trouble caused. We would regret to inform you that your transaction of Rs.605/- was unsuccessful and seller has not received the payment. Since you mentioned that your account has been charged for above amount, we request you to get in touch with your respective card issuing bank. They will be assisting you further in this regard and request them to raise the charge back. Your kind understanding and patience will be greatly appreciated in this regard. Thank you. | |||||
