I bought a new 4 door wardrobe with The order I'd is OD[protected]. The order was delivered on 07.08.2022. since then, two attempts of installation has failed due to space constraints and finally the item remains uninstalled. But now Flipkart is not accepting the return request and rejected it. When I tried to reach the customer care executives they also tried to escape and did not raise the refund request when I formally told them to do it on my behalf since I was unable to do so through my app.
I talked to the customer care executives 3times but none helped. Then in tried to reach Flipkart through Twitter but to my surprise it also didn't work out.
I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter since they are trying to escape till 17.08.2022 and they will say that according the company policy 10 days has crossed for return and refund. I am attaching the screenshots of my app
