[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart not cancelling my order of flipkart perfect homes warren leatherette office arm chair | |||
I put order for the chair on 29/09/2019 along with other 2 items. On 4/09/19 when i received the two products they were of poor quality. So, i decided to return the products and cancel order for the chair. But flipkart said that solid wood desk chair can not be returned as it is delivered. All the three items of the order would be cancelled if i cancel one item. After 10 minutes i deceded to cancel the item anyway. However they refused to cancel the item saying my order is more than 24 hours old. They are not allowing me to cancel any of the two items. Please do not force these products upon me. Verified Support Dec 30, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order has been cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the issue has been resolved. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
