Flipkart — Flipkart not delivering a product even 7 days later of committed date

Placed a order of jeans on 26th order with delivery date of 31 Aug.
Now today it 6th Sept. no delivered and no update when it will be delivered.
When contact Customer support only one answer "unforeseen reason" & and every chat tell a new date to resolve this issue.

On Ist contact Flipkart has asked for 01 days to resolve this issue.
On 2nd contact after 01 day, flipkart asked for 03 days.
Again after 3 days flipkart asked for 6 days.
now again asking 3 days.

Contacted to Flipkart Social team also but no help.
