Flipkart — Flipkart not initiating return of my laptop even after multiple calls

I had bought an Asus A17 laptop for 59500 on Flipkart on the 14th of November and it was delivered to me on the 16th. Initially I noticed lag on Startup but didn't care much as it was the first startup and Updates were being downloaded. The next day on the laptop kept shutting down randomly while doing basic tasks like streaming YouTube or browsing on Chrome. I checked the System events on the Computer Management tool and found no errors that would cause a shutdown. I contacted Asus Service regarding this and they said they couldn't check what the problem was as it might slow down Flipkart replacement policy and they asked me to contact Flipkart directly and ask for a replacement.
I did just that and the Customer Service representative said a complaint had been filed and technical team would contact me in 3 days. I waited for 3 days and after not receiving any calls, I called them again. This time they postponed the event to 23rd which was the date that my refund policy was to expire. I expressed my concerns regarding this and they assured that they I need not be stressed about the replacement policy as I had already filed a complaint on 18th and the reason I am not able to file a return request was due to some technical error. I contacted Flipkart on 23rd and a Technical Rep called me back and told me that he would try to initiate a return request from their end. Later he told me was facing the same technical problem and postponed the issue to the 25th of November. Yesterday (November 24th) I saw a notification on my phone that the issue was solved. I called them again today and the Representative I talked to ha told me that I have to wait 3 more days and the technical team would contact me again. I don't know how long i can keep on doing this, I bought this laptop in order to work my exams due December first week and I have got too little savings to fund another one. Please help me get a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
