[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart not ready to refund my defective phone

I ordered the phone on 14th April 2016. Phone model: Le tv1s price: 10, 999. The first problem I faced was the heating issue. They told me that the phone is having a metal body that's why it's having high temperature. If the phone is between 30-40°C then it's normal. When the technician came from flipkart, the temperature he measured was 41°C. He again then told me that if the temperature is more than 48°C max then the phone is abnormal and then I can raise a complain. The phone already had a calling issue problem for which they told me to reset. When the technician came he reset the phone for the battery issue resolve. Then in 10-15 min duration the fingerprint stopped working for which the technician tried everything and again what he did was reset. I mean... The phone was just 2 weeks old and was formated more than 5 times. Seriously I was so much pissed off with their service. Technician also aggreed that there is a problem in the phone. The technician told me that he cannot do anything for the return. Seriously so why did he came. I wasn't satisfied with the flipkart technician service so I again raised a complaint. This phone already hangs more than 5-10 times a day. Flipkart rejected my return request for more than 6 times now. I don't know what to do. Yesterday, a technician was supposed to come around 3:30pm but he didn't come. So I called them and they told that he will come tomorrow for sure. But today he also he didn't come. And the flipkart called me and told that they cannot do anything for my phone. And at this stage now, my phone is not working at all. All my applications closes when I try to open it. It restarts automatically. Now almost 11days are left for my 30days warranty period. I don't have any other proof for my defective phone.

Hello,
I have raised the complaint to flipkart about the product which i brought from them. They literally took 2 months to handle the issue. After so many escalation and numerous calls. Flipkart executives provided & guided me wrong. I complained this to the escalation team. The escalation team told me that if the flipkart executive provided the wrong info. They would resolve the issue from their end. And they also told me if the phones goes bad after the service then they again promised flipkart would be providing me the resolution.
After the service also the phone went very bad.
The above is just a short note of what all happened. There is long story behind it.
They finally ask me to contact brand.
