[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart not ready to return and refund the product that is not as per description | |||||
I had purchased an item on flipkart which said 100% secure and easy returns. On getting the delivery of the product, due to quality and usability issues with the product i had put it for return, however its been more than one month, flipkart is not willing to return and refund the amount. Here are the details, Order date: thu, sep 21st '17 5:47 pm Date of return: wed, 4th oct, 2017 User: vasanisagar Order id: od[protected] Product name: telebrands ab king pro ab exerciser Attached screenhot of the product with easy return policy on the posting. Company invoice. Incident: flipkart denies stating there is only replacement of the product, and the seller is only willing to replace the missing part/damaged product. From customer perspective, the design of the product itself is faulty with either missing item/wrong description/fake product. I do not want to get replacement of an item which is not working.
