[Resolved] Flipkart — FLIPKART not refund money for mobile buyers

- I have ordered POCO Phone on 19th Nov 2023 from Flipkart.
- Defective old POCO Phone was delivered on 19th Nov 2023.
- Raised compain Flipkart for refund money on 21st Nov.
- Now they told refund not possible.
- I visited poco service centre, where they collect my phone and told me that the said phone will be repaired within 12 days[when my return policy will be over within 7 days]
- FLIPKART neither refund my money, not giving replacement.
- OLD POCO phone has been delivered to customer with high value price
