So I placed a order on Jul 02 2024, Order ID: OD[protected] for INR 190 out of which I applied gift card of INR 150. INR40 was refunded same day but I haven't got the Gift Card balance till now and customer support is constantly lying to me. After contacting again and again they forward my issue to their upper team. Incident number: IN[protected] On July 08, 2024 they asked me screenshot of the proof (Attached Screenshot) that I haven't got the refund. I submitted the proof that my gift card balance is showing nil after 5 minutes. They resolved the issue on their end without any proper resolution on July 11 2024. After that day they call and say that I will receive the refund in 48 hours and when 48 hours are about to end they call again and tell to wait for another 48 hours. I am just fed up with Flipkart asking about my money and listening lies from support. Another incident happened when I contacted support they first listened to my issue and they she said she can't hear me and the call was 40 minutes long during which I was saying hello hello and the support just muted my call and last. I will attach that call if I am able to or I will attach the screenshot. These are the support persons who are telling lies frrom the beginning; Shubham Raj, Taslim M, Nupur Biswaman, Sonali Gurjar, Iram. I have attached all proof I have.
