Flipkart — Flipkart not refunding my money for my Ifalcon 43 inch TV

I order my Ifalcon Tv yesterday and i payed through my credit card 16499 was debited from my account but order was still on pending stage it was written that a refund will be initiated within 4 hours but its been close to 48 hours please help me as soon as possible
