[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart not replacing defective Poco C3 mobile phone

I purchased Poco C3 mobile phone on Flipkart a few days ago. Just the day after my purchase, the phone started hanging. On filing for a replacement request, a technician came and told me he has fixed the phone. However, after some time, the phone started hanging again. I filed a replacement request within the replacement time frame (7 days from the purchase). Now, the customer care people told me that they would replace the phone. However, after some time, the customer care people tell me that they will not replace the product, and I have to go to the company service center and fix my issue. They are harassing me by calling after every 2 hours. Why do I have to fix a brand new phone, and why are they are not replacing a defective phone when I am filing my replacement request within the 7 days time frame? It is clearly mentioned on the product page on their website that they have a 7-day replacement policy.

I received a phone call after filing a complaint here. They were giving me a refund, and upon requesting them to send an email confirming the refund, they sent one from [email protected]. I have received the refund for my order. Thank you to this website and Flipkart!
