I ordered Asus 6z 64gb varient on ₹27, 999, on 25th of December, it got delivered on 26th, within 24 hours o[censored]sage, I noticed it was getting restarted automatically. On 28th I filed replace, there was some sort of troubleshoot by technical team they asked me to do some basic troubleshoot, but problem remains the same. So they proceeded with the replacement criteria. Visit by technical team was done he took the video as a proof that the product was restarting. I was given the date 3rd December to replace the product. Meanwhile I realised that the product was misbehaving more that earlier, sometimes it was heating more than normal without any usage, and it's restarting problem has been increased, it was rebooting again again for more than 10 times but didn't turned on, and on 30th November It was completely dead, without any usage. On 3rd December delivery boy rejected to pickup the phone saying that He wants to verify the IMEI number. So I cancelled the return request, I was told from Flipkart that you can change your request after 48 hours. and my issue will be resolved by 6th of December, but when I called Flipkart they are saying that your seller that is - Truenet Commerce is no approving my cancellation, they further said that my issue will be resolved by 9th December.
I am pretty sure that when I'll call on 9th December they will again increase the date to 13th of December. Was this information helpful? |
