I order a msi laptop from flipkart named: msi alpha 15
After 2 days o[censored]sing it i saw some windows errors which i know are cause by hardware problems. So i placed a request for a return and replacement and flipkart promised me a technician visit but after 7 days (end of the replacement period), i got a message saying that my problem has been resolved which haven't really. I called the support staff but they kept saying they will look into it, then i contacted msi india, they told me that the return has been accepted by them and somethings wrong from flipkarts side.
By making false promises and failing to follow through, they have only caused me stress and headaches for the past seven days. At this point, I don't even want a return or replacement I just want a refund so I can find the identical laptop somewhere. Was this information helpful? |
