I ordered a realme C12 on 21st Oct 2020 in Flipkart Dusshera Offer 2020 and their estimated time of delivery was 3rd Nov 2020, but my order came for delivery on 1st Nov which is a good thing but unfortunately my order has cancelled because I could not receive the call of Ekart delivery boy as I was busy that day, I think that my order again will come for delivery in next working day according to flipkart policy but the same date I received a message from Ekart of order rejected rather I did not reject my order then why Ekart sent me the message that I rejected my order? They can also update that I was not at home and try to deliver the same on next working day. On 3rd Nov again I received a message from Flipkart that my order has been cancelled and my money will refunded in 7-8 working days. Verified Support Nov 03, 2020 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We're sorry about the cancellation of your order. We were trying to sort this out with the courier service provider. However, we see that the order was canceled by the seller as the bulk order. If you like, you can place a new order for the desired product and the seller will try and make sure that it reaches you on time. We would like to thank you for your continued trust and understanding.
