I bought an AC from Flipkart for which the order Id is OD[protected] and the seller was Consulting Room Private Limited.
AC Brand: Lloyd 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC - White (GLS18I3FWAEV, Copper Condenser)
This got delivered on 15 April and when it got installed on 17 April by brand, they said the product is defective its not working as the PCB of the product is defective.
I raised the return request to Flipkart as the product was out of stock, refund request was agreed and same was raised by Flipkart team and it was told to us that technician from brand will visit and complete there check from his end and the product will be picked and refund will be issued.
Technician has already visited and updated the comment and share there analysis, technician has done all his check from his end,
but Its almost 2 Months now, 5 times return request has been raised and same process is going on loop, and product is not picked by Flipkart yet due to this every time after few days return is getting rejected and Flipkart is giving unnecessary comment on return request and closing the ticket for which my money is stuck with them.
Whenever I call Flipkart customer service they say, we have escalated your issue to backend team, but I am unable to get any update on the escalation even after 2 Months.
I seriously don't understand,
What kind of team Flipkart guys have who doesn't provide any update even after raising to backend team. I seriously don't understand what kind of work Flipkart is doing if they are not able to resolve customer problem even after 2 Months.
I have reach out to consumer forum for help on this and I need my money back, which is stuck on Flipkart end.
Please help me getting my Money back from Flipkart.
