Flipkart — Flipkart Order non delivery

Hi,

I am writing to file a complaint against Flipkart for a severe issue with my recent order. I placed the order on 7th October, and the product has not been delivered.
Despite requesting a cancellation and refund, Flipkart has refused, leaving me extremely dissatisfied.

I've made multiple attempts to contact them via email, phone, and Twitter, but to no avail. I urgently seek the Consumer Forum's intervention to secure either the product's delivery or a refund.

Your assistance is vital in protecting my consumer rights and ensuring a fair resolution. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
