A fraudulent act by flipkart. Attached is what i received. Issue: I have ordered 3 steel bottle but instead i have received one single plastic bottle. This is a case of fraud on your part where you have delivered wrong item. I have raised several request regarding replacement of product but every time replacement request is approved but delivery person always refuses to pick up the old item as well as refuses to deliver the new item. And suddenly every time replacement request gets cancelled automatically without any intimation. This is really a case of harassments to customer. Its now over my head as this issue is long pending. Please return the product now as i can't wait for the replacement anymore. Now don't say 7 days return period is over, when you are taking 10-12 days to replace and still don't deliver the item.
