[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart paid account management services

I am writing to you to bring to your notice about the pathetic services being provided by flipkart paid account managers.
I was contacted by suhail syed in december regarding a paid account management services for bronze level seller started by flipkart for 9000+gst where syed committed a dedicated account manager.
I have made the payment and it has been more than 25 days there is no reply from there side neither they are replying to my emails.

Please help.

Do I have right to know which year are flipkart paid account management services Mr Sayed suhail representative of flipkart going to contact me. As they took the initiative to contact me as early as possible when they knew I had to buy there services. And the most disgusting part is after getting the money they are least bother to start the services or update me by replying to my mails. After all I paid to start the services . It's all hard earned money.
