[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart pay later bill | |||
I used the flipkart pay later services in the month of november for an amount of rs 2766. My bill was to be paid by 10 th of december. But flipkart blocked my account on 6th december due to which i was unable to pay the bill. After 10th december, i am constantly contacting flipkart regarding my issue with the flipkart account and my flipkart pay later bill. But they are not helping me at all. I have raised the incident on their social media platforms, communicated with their customer care but no one is providing me a way to pay the bill. I have been continuously contacting flipkart regarding my issue and approximately have commmunicated my issue over 100 times but they are not at all listening to me. They just say that they are very sorry about my issue and would say that their flipkart pay later team would contact me but they are not contacting. It has been 60 days and they are threatening me that they would take legal action against me and continuously harrasing me by sending automated calls and messages. I don't understand why they are not just allowing me to make the payment and let me get out of this issue. I have replied to each and everything they send me via email but they are simply not allowing me to pay the bill. I just want either of one thing from flipkart: 1. Either they unblock my account for allowing me to make the payment for the flipkart pay later bill or else 2. Send me a link or give me any mode of payment so that i can pay the flipkart pay later bill. Because continuously sending me emails and messages without providing me a way to pay the flipkart pay later bill would not help me. I was very satisfied with flipkart services but i literally hate now shopping on flipkart as they have been so irresponsible regarding my issue. I will attach all the emails i have sent out to flipkart and my tweets regarding my issue. Please see to it and resolve my problem as soon as possible as i am very much tensed about this whole issue.
