Flipkart — Flipkart pay later scam with IDFC BANK

From past 1 month I was in contact with flipkart customer care team regarding my flipkart pay later. My flipkart pay later suddenly got blocked and this is from where this issue started. As I was a regular customer and I haven't made any delay in my payments, I was unsure of the reason why my pay later was blocked.

After contacting customer support team numerous times the response I got was similar. The response was "our financial partner blocked the pay later due to some terms and conditions". Then I contacted the so called financial partner and I got to know that, the flipkart hasn't update them on any payments because of that reason they have kept all the bills in due and now it's around 28000/-.

When I contacted flipkart, flipkart asked me to go talk to the third party bank. As There is no need of me going to flipkart's third party bank as that bank didn't offer me anything all the options I receive is from flipkart application.

I contacted the team again on 19th oct 2022, raised a complaint, almost 20 times I have requested for a call back. I got in touch with junior customer executives and none of them was able to provide me a resolution. At last I got connected to a senior executive on 19th oct 2022, and he raise the incident and provide us IN[protected] this ID. And he also informed us that we will get a resolution in 48 hours. None of the customer support called us back, no resolutions received. We again contacted the team yesterday that is 26 oct 2022( after 7 days) asked to connect the senior, that senior disconnected call on face, again we contacted flipkart some one picked and said they will arrange a call back today (28 oct 2022) at 12 pm. No calls received. Again we contacted them around 1 pm, they said I will get resolution in 4 hours, no response waited till 8:30 pm, called them again and got connected to senior and he informed us that he escalated the matter. Till now I haven't got any resolution and my cibil score is going down. Am in a position that i should seek the help of consumer/civil court.
Kindly provide me a solution on the same in 48 hours.
