Flipkart — Flipkart pay upi transaction status pending

Hello my name is Pankaj Kumar I did a UPI transaction on Flipkart pay on dated 13.01.2025 its status is still showing as pending nor has the money reached my account yet . I am not able to even file any complaint in the recording of this thing. The complaint which is being released is failing again and again.

please solve my problem as soon as possible .
