Flipkart — Flipkart paylater fraud -no action from flipkart

On 28th Jan 2022 my flipkart order got cancelled by itself, i did not cancelled any order . I received a call from the no [protected] at 4:13 pm which is flipkart customer care service and was informed that the order got cancelled due to backend issues . So please share the otp to get your order by evening . I rechecked on truecaller which clearly stated flipkart customer care. Unfortunately i shared the otp and witin a second i received the message :
The phone number linked to your Flipkart account has been updated to [protected].
I was so shocked to see that my account got hacked.I immediately called the flipkart customer support to address the issue and it took few hours for them to get back to me.
I filed a complaint at the cyber crime and reported idfc bank too for the fraud transaction and have called flipkart day and night for hours many times . And still nothing is sorted out, no solution to this issue . Even on twitter i tried to contact but no solution has been provided till date.
I was informed by flipkart customer care that an apple phone 2 real me phones and few other products have been ordered using paylater and were delivered within 30 minutes. I mean is this a joke??? This itself shows how irresponsible flipkart is.
My account is still not recovered back to me and i am receiving payment reminders for these false transactions. This is a pure case o[censored]nsafe privacy on flipkart and mental torture .
Flipkart is the worst e-com platform !!
I want my account back and cancel all these unauthorised payments done by the hacker.
