I had recently made a transaction for a product I had bought from Flipkart using the Flipkart Pay Later mode of transaction.
The first transaction I made was not successful but the money got deducted from HSBC bank account. I used Google Pay to pay it. The UPI reference ID is[protected].
Since the transaction was unsuccessful and the deadline was near, I made another transaction from my HSBC bank account using PayTM. This transaction under the UPI reference ID[protected] was successful.
Now the associates are saying that only one transaction was done and not two. I have my entire bank statement to prove that two transactions were done.
I'll be highly obliged if you help.
