As an esteemed customer of Flipkart online shopping last 6 yrs and honestly been paying all the pending bills for your Pay later service. But I was completely devastated with the recent event when I opened a account online in IDFC FIRST bank, when I came to know about pending bills for the paylater options in Flipkart. I m totally dismayed with the way Flipkart has dealt with my account which have not only effected my financial score n also have effected my moral. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour exist in such institutions is completely shocking, I have never ever made such default in my life and this pending bills with idfc as personal loan mentioned in my profile is not from my side . Such non professional work has not only led to my financial losses but also denied me financial opportunity. I want both the parties to resolve the matter as soon as possible or I will make it both the parties responsible and take necessary action there after. Also like to mention my financial score also need to be corrected with no excuses asap.
