Customer service at Flipkart drives me crazy. I ordered 1 shirt from Flipkart on 8th may, and it was delivered on 10th may, and due to size issues, I placed an immediate return request, and the request was accepted, and pickup was scheduled for 15th may. However, pickup did not take place on 15th May and was rescheduled to 18th May, so I contacted customer care and asked me to cancel and resubmit the return request to highlight it.
So i did the same now the new pick up date is given as 20th may.
Pick up was also not done on 20th May, so I called customer service again, and they informed me that we have raised a ticket with the back-end team, and your issue will be resolved by 24th may.
A customer care representative called me on 24th May to inform me that logistics had updated the ticked that the customer had rejected pickup. However, I didn't receive a message or call from the logistic team. They have updated fake status on ticket.
On 24th also pickup is not done tomorrow they will update new pick up date.
It is a simple request of pickup and i fail to understand why flipkart cannot arrange the same even after 15 days?
